2016 – What’s the plan, Stan?

Written By Nicola Ball

I’m sitting here reviewing my year so far: the good, the bad and the ugly.  Something as a marketing professional I do often.   It’s a really important audit to complete and one that every business should carry out.  It paints me a picture, stops me from forgetting (which happens now and again), and importantly teaches me lessons that I carry forward into my own marketing strategy for The Project Marketing Company.

We all get caught up in the day to day challenges of running a business and building a brand, but ask yourself, do you really understand, what is being delivered and why its being delivered from your marketing? Are you improving your mix of marketing (digital is important, but it’s not the only tool in your box)?  What is it all costing you versus your return on investment (much easier analysis to do these day).

Don’t keep throwing money at projects and hoping for the best. Don’t keep reacting to opportunities that present themselves at a bargain basement price.   Have a plan Stan!

With a full marketing audit, a strategy – that has insight driven learnings, and an implementation plan, you will find your marketing: understandable, accountable and delivering your objectives, making growth in 2016 part of a serious plan.

So, what’s involved in this marketing audit, I hear you ask.  Well we look at everything: the good, the bad and the ugly. What your objectives are, and what you’re achieving.  What’s working and what’s not and we find out why.  Then we take everything we’ve learned and work with you to create a marketing strategy that fits your grand plans.  We can even help you implement it (we all like this bit very much!).

So ask yourself, when did you seriously have a proper look at your marketing efforts?  If it’s been a while, then lets chat.  We offer a free no obligation conversation (via face to face, phone, Skype, or tin cans), so what have you got to lose?  To book a slot with my good self, please click here
